Shipping Details

Orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner from our brick and mortar location in The French Quarter of New Orleans. We work on processing and packing all orders Monday through Friday, with the exception of certain holidays. As we are a small team, we try to process orders daily. We usually have orders shipped out to customers within 1-2 business days. Although we strive to get packages out in this time frame, sometimes, during holidays, especially Halloween and Mardi Gras, or with our unpredictable weather, processing orders can take up to 3-5 business days or longer.

We currently use USPS Priority mail to ship out all orders. All orders are calculated by weight and package dimensions and meet USPS shipping standards. Free Shipping in U.S. only for orders over $150.

 

Free Shipping

We currently offer free shipping on all orders that are $150 or more.

 

Expedited Shipping

If you have specific delivery needs such as expedited shipping, there is an option to do so at checkout. This service is provided in a timely manner and meets USPS shipping standards. It is your responsibility to let us know if you have a deadline for package delivery.

 

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping. Please check back with us in the near future, as we are working to offer this to our customers.

 

Drop Shipping

We often collaborate with our vendors to offer delivery directly from their individual fulfillment locations. Because of this, shipping times may vary. 

 

In Store Pick Up

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing in store pick ups. Please call or e-mail us in a timely manner, if you need your items sooner. We may be able to accommodate you. All in store pick ups must be picked up within 5 business days of the original purchase date, at our brick and mortar location, at 927 Royal St, New Orleans, LA. If your order is not picked up within this time frame,  we will contact you to arrange shipping details.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

All packages are insured through USPS and tracking is provided when we ship out. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address and to follow up on lost or stolen packages with USPS.
